As a Nurse Manager at Rome Health, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supervising patient care delivery, ensuring high-quality service aligns with established standards, including the State Nurse Practice Act and ANA Standards of Care. The ideal candidate will exhibit problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement to navigate the challenges of an ever-evolving healthcare environment.Other duties of the position include but are limited to:

- Establish goals to meet Rome Health's mission and strategic plan.
- Development of Educational programs that enhance patient safety.
- Manage staffing levels strategically to meet patient volume demands and oversee department budgets.
- Ability you use evidence-based practice, ensuring continuity of care while promoting an environment of excellence and accountability.
EDUCATION:BSN in Nursing preferred. However, Rome Health would consider an associate-level nurse in a current BSN program.3-5 years of leadership in a healthcare setting.
