We are actively recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our client's team, providing medical care to patients at an SNF in Ossining, NY Live in or a reasonable commute from one of the locations looking to relocate. Salary and benefits: salary is $125,000 - $150,000 with productivity pay. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, 4 weeks of PTO, CME time off, annual CME allowance, and malpractice insurance. Candidate Requirements:

• Licensed in New York
• Experience with the geriatric population required
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Knowledge of medication management and de-escalation
• Experience with providing care in ICU, ER, and Surgical will be considered
• Must provide proof of the Covid vaccine
• Must be able to stand for a majority of the workday

License/Certification:

• Certification in NY state (Required)
