October Road is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our newest ACTT Team and SUD facility in Jacksonville NC!Our Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT) provide a hospital without walls program that brings high intensity behavioral health services into the community to serve people who may not have access to the care they need. ACTT is a comprehensive team of professionals from many disciplines that provide tailored services to meet the client's mental health, substance use, vocational and housing needs based on evidence-based treatment methods, comprehensive service planning, and tracking outcome measures. We work and contract with a variety of local and state agencies who conduct compliance and outcome studies for our clinical services to help our initiative for constant improvement with our outcomes for people with severe mental illness who are most at risk of psychiatric crisis and/or affected by other social determinants of health.Pay: $75-80 per hourApproximately 12-18 hours per week at start with potential of more as client base grows from start up.Candidates who are eligible will be able to discuss more hours within our new SUD facility in Jacksonville as well to supplement hoursDeliverables/Principal Results Expected:Meet daily ACTT community visit requirements as directed by ACTT Team Leads and/or DirectorProvide medical supervision for ACTT mid-level providers and participate in daily ACTT treatment team meetings as neededProvide Medical supervision for prescription practices and delivering medical care to ACTT clientsServes as primary medical contact and authority when communicating with LME/CMOs regarding ACTT clients and/or ACTT concernsUpdate EMR system regarding all direct care visits and related documentation.Other duties as assigned.Education, Experience:Physicians Assistant or Psych NP licensure for North Carolina1 - 2 years of post-graduate / residency experience in community psychiatry.Total Rewards:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsLife InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) with Company MatchTuition ReimbursementEmployee Recognition ProgramsReferral Bonus opportunitiesAnd More!Pyramid CORE Values:We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
