Responsibilities:The Cardiac Cath Lab/Electrophysiology Clinical Program Manager is primarily focused on clinical management, favorable impact on quality of care, and is responsible to oversee the total care of the Cardiac Cath and/or Electrophysiology patient. A variety of skills are used to educate, consult, and manage the cardiac cath and/or electrophysiology patient population and assist the patient/family, the patient care team, and physicians. Works collaboratively with the health care team including interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, anesthesiologists, and other physicians involved in the patients care, nurses, case management, and with departments affecting the care of the cardiac cath/electrophysiology patient. Acts as a clinical educator working with staff on cardiac cath and electrophysiology competencies, new procedures, and advanced practice skills. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent team building and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to take initiative and drive improvement.

The compensation range for the role is $99,665.00 USD -$124,586.00 USD per year.

Qualifications:Minimum Education: Masters Degree in Nurse Practitioner Program
Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting. Previous experience relevant to the area of clinical practice preferred.
