Current Licensure as a Family Health Nurse Practitioner in New York State.
Must maintain a valid New York State license and registration.
This position may be designated 55 b/c and is subject to verification of applicant eligibility.
Duties DescriptionProvide primary health care to youth in collaboration with a licensed physician.Assess the physical and psychosocial status of youth by means of interview, health history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests.
Prescribe drugs, devices, and immunizing agents.
Perform health examinations in accordance with the practice agreement and practice protocols.

Posted Hiring Salary ($154,923) includes the sum of the statutory hiring rate for PS&T Grade 24 ($111,897), Geographic Differential ($40,000), and Downstate Adjustment ($3,026).
