Nurse Practitioner - Family physician job in Illinois : Large provider of Community Health has several openings at their offices in Chicago, immediate suburban locations and Peoria.Family Nurse Practitioners can expect to work daytime hours with reasonable patient load. Verymodern, fully staffed with Physicians and a Practice Manager. This well establishedorganization provides quality, compassionate care to an under insured patientbase. With a number of facilities, they provide a wide range of services inprimary care and social services including child welfare, youth services,community behavioral services and oral health.*Out patient practice only* Work schedule is flexible 4- 10hr shifts or 5- 8hr shifts* 2 weeks vacation.
