Offer rates at the higher end of the range are only for applicants with many years of experienceSt Marys primary care network consists of 7 health centers located in Fulton and Montgomery counties. Each of these centers work with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimized, patient centered- care tailored for each of the patients we serve. We are seeking a board certified/board eligible FNP to join our primary care team. This is a hospital employed, outpatient settingResponsibilities:• Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview and examination. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic studies. Performs preventative health assessments, screening and patient care. • Provides direct treatment and management of health conditions via prescriptive authority or referral to other healthcare providers or community resources. • Counsels and educates patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources. • Documents delivery of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy.This position offers a competitive compensation package which includes a base salary, semi annual bonuses, sign on bonus, educational/CME stipends, license and DEA reimbursement, and comprehensive fringe benefits package.Complexity of Work: • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
