Required Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner: Masters degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in Nursing. Licensed as Nurse Practitioner in New York State. Experience performing Botox and Trigger Point injections. Excellent communication skills (both oral & written), interpersonal and organization skills are required. Basic computer skills required.
Physician Assistant: Bachelors Degree (foreign equivalent or higher) from an accredited Physician assistant (PA) school, current license and certificate to practice as a Physician Assistant (PA). Experience performing Botox and Trigger Point injections. Excellent communication skills (both oral & written), interpersonal and organization skills are required. Basic computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience treating and managing patients with neurological disorders. Experience working in a fast paced, high volume outpatient environment. Experience using EMR.
