We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic and vibrant Certified Nurse Practitioner who is looking to make a change in the lives of the women in your care. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be dedicated, and contribute to our culture of teamwork and collaboration, where we always put the patient first.Responsibilities:Conduct age appropriate assessments of patients, including pap smears, pelvic examinations and breast examinations. Secure a complete health history, including obstetric, gynecologic, medical, contraceptive, surgical, sexual and family health. Educate patients about disease prevention and detection, and reproductive health. Monitor and treat expectant mothers during pregnancy and postpartum care. Create an atmosphere of collaboration between providers to ensure the highest level of patient care. Embody a spirit of nurturing, caring, and strive for excellence in every aspect of your position to deliver the highest standard of patient-centric care Requirements:Current NYS license as an NP, national certification preferred.
