Nurse Practitioner

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a NURSE PRACTITIONER to fill an opening with a Fortune 100 managed care company in Bath, NY.

Daily Responsibilities for NURSE PRACTITIONER:

• Perform comprehensive care assessment.
• Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions.
• Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Shift: Monday Friday 8am 5pm

Required Qualifications for NURSE PRACTITIONER:

• Active and unrestricted New York NP license.
• Must be Board certified. (FNP, ANP, GNP, AGACNP)
• Active DEA certification.
• Covid vaccinated.

Pay Details: Pay min: $80.00 per hour Pay max: $90.00 per hour
