A respected leader and innovator in the chemical treatment field for more than 25 years, Cornerstone Treatment Facilities Network has been helping people change their lives by providing them with the tools for a healthy, happy, and drug-free existence.We are seeking full time and part-time Nurse Practitioners with either Adult or Family Practice Certification to provide primary care and addiction treatment at our inpatient substance abuse treatment program located in Fresh Meadows, NY. The Nurse Practitioner works independently but in collaboration with an attending physician to screen patients for admission or to provide sick call. Addiction experience is not necessary- we can teach you. On-call duties when assigned.Requirements:1- Adult or Family Practice Certification with minimum 2 years of working experience2- Current NYS License and Registration3- Infection Control certificate (required by NYS)4- DEA5- CPR Certification6- NPI number7- NYS Medicaid number (required by NYS to treat NYS Medicaid patients)8- Will be required to obtain Suboxone certification within the first 3 months of employment9- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experienceMedical malpractice insurance is provided by the facility
