Educate and inform all stakeholders of care needs, treatment changes, and the overarching goals of care.Must-haves for your toolkit:State unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse, complemented by national board certification. Eligibility to participate in Medicare is a must.A proven track record with at least 6 months of direct experience as an APP, preferably with exposure to geriatric, hospice, or palliative care populations.
