Current New York State Licensed Registered Professional Nurse Current New York Stated Licensed Nurse Practitioner Certification as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Infection Control Credentialed in procedures performed in the neonatal care. Knowledge of the development and implementation of neonatal care. Good interpersonal skills Job Description: The Nurse Practitioner under the supervision of the Neonatologist provides patient care to neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Newborn Nursery in compliance with Department of Pediatrics standards, policies and procedures. Responsible for evaluation and management of neonates. .
