Practice

• Salary based on experience
• Full benefits package
• Work in nursing homes, assisted living, and other sub-acute care facilities.
• Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Call Ratio-every 6th weekend, and weekday-additional stipend for call time
• Provider experience required
