Job Summary Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical services to patients in various settings within the community.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in acute care and have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar setting. Prior home care experience is preferred, but not required.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient care within the organization's philosophy, policy, and standards of community health practice. This will involve thorough and timely electronic documentation, as well as interdisciplinary communications.The position requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
