Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP) for travel assignments in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, adapting to new environments and collaborating with healthcare teams to provide exceptional care. This role offers the flexibility to experience a range of specialties and work environments while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, to guide treatment. Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies as appropriate. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options. Document all patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the healthcare facility's electronic medical records system. Ensure compliance with facility policies, standards of care, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Licensure: Active, unrestricted NP license in [State; specify if multi-state licensing is required].
