Nurse Practitioner Integrative Medicine Forest Hills, NY About the job Nurse Practitioner Integrative Medicine Forest Hills, NY Nurse Practitioner Integrative Medicine Astoria, NY Location: Astoria, NY We are a Private Integrative Medicine Practice that specializes in Non-Narcotic Pain Management that is looking for a caring and compassionate Nurse Practitioner. We have a warm and friendly environment in our office. We treat Adult patients! Our position can be Full Time or Part Time! 3 Days A Week / 30 Hours A Week We are open: Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm No Weekends! Pay: $65 - $90 per hour + Benefit Package Requirements: Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York. We prefer previous experience administering Trigger Point Injections and/or Nerve Blocks but it is not required. Recent Grads are welcomed, we will train you!
