This position is to join a dynamic and very busy research clinic in the Infectious Diseases Division of the University of Rochester. The site conducts research for multiple contracts with the NIH and pharmaceutical companies. Studies currently and future include COVID treatment research, monkeypox, antibacterial resistance, flu and ongoing HIV vaccine research. This position is responsible to provide clinical care including obtaining a history, performing a physical examination, evaluation of lab results, assessment and determination of eligibility for research studies. Provide HIV/ STD prevention counseling and testing, enrollment of subjects and continued follow up in the research studies in collaboration with other research staff and faculty. This position will provide the lead oversight for the clinical operations of the clinical research site (CRS).
