We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our client's Women's Health team. This is an outpatient role focused on providing exceptional care to patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position involves no on-call responsibilities, no deliveries, and no procedural work, making it ideal for a provider passionate about patient-centered care in a clinic-based setting.*Key Responsibilities** Provide comprehensive care to women across the lifespan, including well-woman exams, routine gynecologic care, and management of common women's health concerns.* Diagnose and manage conditions such as menstrual irregularities, menopause symptoms, and contraceptive counseling.* Offer patient education on preventive care, lifestyle changes, and family planning.* Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.* Collaborate with other specialists as needed to provide holistic and coordinated care.* Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.* Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, best practices, and organizational protocols.* Act as an advocate for women's health by addressing patient concerns with empathy and cultural sensitivity.* Provide resources and referrals for additional support as needed.*Requirements:** Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.* Active NP or PA license in NY.* Certifications:* Certification as an NP in Women's Health (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a focus on women's health, or as a PA with relevant women's health experience.* Prior experience in women's health is preferred, though new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills._Please note- The annual base salary range is $110k to $130k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
