Job DetailsOutpatient pain management group seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant - M-F 4 days per week with 1 day remote!! What you will be doing:
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients across the lifespan, including but not limited to assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options, ensuring understanding and adherence to prescribed regimens.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes, while adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
