Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a Per Diem (0.0 FTE) Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team located in Whitehall, Michigan.* Provider must be comfortable providing high-quality urgent care services, including diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries* Urgent Care Operational hours are M-F, 8a-8p and Saturday, 8a-2p with flexible scheduling* Must be willing to pick up at least 1 shift/month* Ideal APP is comfortable working independently and can make clinical decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment* Whitehall urgent care office also offers convenient on-site access to primary care, lab, and rehabilitationAs a THMG employed provider, you can anticipate:* Competitive salary* Malpractice insurance w/tail* CME funds and licensure support* 403b with employer contribution & matchQualifications:* Experience preferred* APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment* State of Michigan license required at time of employment.* DEA license* BLS Certification and maintain recertification
