Job Description:

St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner to join St. Peters Vascular Associates with offices located in Albany, Clifton Park, and Troy, NY.

The Advanced Practitioner will be based in our Clifton Park Vein center but may be asked to rotate through our Troy vein clinic as well based on need. The provider will work with surgeons specializing in minimally invasive and endovascular procedures. The position responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating, diagnosing, and initiating treatment for Chronic Venous insufficiency, acute and chronic DVT/SVT, venous ulcers, lymphedema, and other venous diseases.
  • Follow-up and surveillance of established patients with venous disease.
  • Participate in venous quality care and IAC Vein Center accreditation.
  • Full-time position, this is a Mon-Fri schedule work week schedule
  • No call, no evenings, no weekends.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have the following:

  • NYS licensure and DEA required
  • Graduation from an AMA-approved NP or PA program
  • Board Certification
  • At least 1 year of previous procedure-related experience is required

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE: St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Compensation is between $127,030 and $137,192
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
