Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking either a full–timeor part–time, certified Nurse Practitioner in Pediatrics.

Requirements

• 6 months related clinical experience
• Current California State NP License
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
• Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP?s Active DEA registration
