- Work alongside 2 Cardiologist within an established practice
- We practice in an environment with patients at the center and deliver culturally responsive and compassionate care to our member populations
- You will play a pivotal role in patient care, involving responsibilities such as conducting assessments, administering treatments, monitoring patients, managing overall patient care, and providing education to patients and their families

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited FNP, AG-ACNP or PA program
- Licensed by the State of NY
- 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Knowledge of cardiology and cardiovascular health
- Proficient in conducting physical exams and interpreting diagnostic tests, including EKGs and echocardiograms
