Frank R. Laurri MD & Associates pc is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in our outpatient primary care office in Niagara Falls , weekdays, Monday - Friday.This role will be an integral part of our existing primary care practice.The successful candidate will come from an accredited program with experience and work cooperatively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive quality care to our patients . Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with the clinical team provide high quality medical care for the practice's patients.Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients; embrace and promote a patient-centric model of care.Commit to the practice of value-based care which emphasizes care in the appropriate setting to improve and lower costs, address and close gaps in care and drive high patient satisfaction.RequirementsMinimum qualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursingGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner ProgramCurrent Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) LicensureExperience in Primary care or acute care preferred Salary Description $95,000-$140,000 plus quarterly bonus opportunity
