Starting Salary: $104,000 DOE + Benefits

Role Overview: As a full-time Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide top-notch care, including routine health maintenance, chronic condition management, and acute illness treatment. Flexibility for evening shifts and Saturday rotation based on clinic needs.

Requirements:

• Accredited Nurse Practitioner program in Family Practice
• MA NP License, Family Practitioner Certification, DEA, MCSR, and BLS required
• Proficiency in MS Office and EMR (EPIC/OCHIN preferred)
• 3-5 years of NP experience; bilingual skills a plus
• Experience with community health centers preferred
