Your Role: Deliver high-quality care, advocate for your patients, and ensure a seamless experience.Patient Care Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Women's Health exams, including physical and gynecological assessments.
- Diagnose, develop, and implement treatment plans using the latest diagnostic tools.
- Perform in-office procedures, such as IUD insertion/removal and health counseling.
- Educate and empower patients on wellness topics including family planning, chronic disease management, and stress reduction.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and specialists for optimal patient outcomes.
Administrative Contributions
- Supervise and mentor medical assistants to enhance clinic operations.
- Participate in case reviews and contribute to protocol development.
- Engage in outreach efforts to extend the clinic's impact in the community.
- Support compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Education & Certification: Unrestricted New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner.
- FNP or WHNP
- Experience: At least two years of clinical practice (Women's Health experience preferred).
- Skills: EMR proficiency, bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages), and a strong commitment to patient advocacy.

Salary: 150k is the base salary for this role no matter years of experience, with an incentive structure of; After 18 patients/day APPs receive an $50 /patient (Starting at patient 19 additional $50/patient).
