Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. As a member of our nursing team, you will have the opportunity to provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.Assist with patient care, including observation and documentation of patient healthcare needs.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.Participate in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and enhanced clinical judgment.Requirements BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required.Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required.About Ascension Providence Ascension Providence is a leading healthcare provider in Waco, Texas, offering a range of services, including primary and specialty care, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs, and advanced surgical care.
