Responsibilities include:Develop and maintain full caseload of families per Nurse Family Partnership guidelines.Deliver culturally sensitive services to diverse populations within your home community.Maintain fidelity to the Nurse Family Parternship model re:frequency, content and documentation of services.Ensure adherence to program and agency policies and procedures.SCO Family of Services is an equal employment opportunity employerQualifications:BS in Nursing required.Current RN license (in good standing) required.Minimum of two years recent experience in maternal/child health, pediatrics, and/or community health required.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skillsStrong organizational/time management skillsSpanish, French and Creole language skills a plus.SCO Family of Services is committed to ensuring the safety of our clients.
