Wellness Nurse RN/LPN Job SummaryAs a Wellness Nurse, your role is crucial in caring for residents in our assisted living community. You'll provide a range of services to meet the unique needs of each resident, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and regularly checking on residents for comprehensive care.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents.
