Known for its fast-paced environment, the unit has a rapid patient turnover, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1. We conduct thorough assessments every 12 hours and utilize streamlined documentation practices to enhance patient care.JOB SUMMARY:* Performs clerical/secretarial duties, processes physicians' orders and files vital information in patients' medical records. Performs patient care activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to patients, and assists in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
