Description: Openings for a Per Diem LNA; 1st, 2nd shift and 3rd shiftHourly Per Diem Wage Range: $20.00 to $24.25 per hour, depending on years of experience.Shift Differential: Additional pay on top of the hourly rate:Weekday 2nd and 3rd shift: +$2.00Weekend 1st shift: +$2.00Weekend 2nd shift: +$3.00Weekend 3rd shift: +$3.50Per Diem Requirements;Work a minimum of 4 shifts a month, with at least 2 of the 4 shifts being a weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday).EASILY APPLY!!!Great work/life balance. We are proud to be part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire and are recognized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services with a 5-Star Rating.Job Responsibilities;Report Participation: Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the beginning and end of assigned shifts.Care Plan Awareness: Maintain awareness of care plans daily to ensure the provision of appropriate care.Resident Observation: Frequently observe residents during assigned shifts to ensure all personal care needs are being met.
