Overview Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation | Select Medical 201 Pleasant Hill Road, Chester, NJ 07930 Nursing Assistant - Inpatient Rehab Shift Hours: Per Diem/PRN,Nights 7:00PM - 7:30AM Base Rate: $23/HR Benefits of becoming a NA with us: * Shift Differential! * 12HR Shifts * Flexible scheduling with rotating weekends * Manageable case loads * Team-oriented and collaborative culture * A high percentage of patients being discharged home to their families * A network of over 50K employees nationwide with advancement and relocation opportunities Responsibilities Nursing Assistants work collaboratively with our nursing and therapy teams and assist patients in their rehabilitation process.Our Nursing Assistants encourage and support patients through the recovery process and gently guide them to reach their goals. * Obtain vital signs, * Assist patients with daily activities * Promptly answering call lights * Report any issues or progress observed * Reinforce rehab techniques as assigned by the therapy team. Qualifications Minimum requirements: * Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required. Preferred qualifications: * Education: High School diploma or equivalent * Hospital experience Per Diem Requirement: Three shifts per 6-week schedule.
