Find your purpose working as a Nursing Assistant supporting the Richmond and Eden Vally Clinics. Join our team and provide exceptional, comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the patient care team in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will also assist the care team with routine tasks including stocking rooms, management of paperwork and inventory support. This position will have scheduled work days at both our Richmond & Eden Valley Clinics. * Schedule * Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Richmond & Eden Valley Clinics * Monday - Friday | 7:30 am - 5:00 pm * Approximately every 11th Saturday working 7:45 am - 12:00 pm * Pay and Benefits * Starting pay begins at $17.32 per hour and increases with experience * Pay range: $15.96 - $23.96 per hour * Earn extra pay for working weekends! * Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available * Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! * Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * Proof of successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program, or experience as a Nursing Assistant (NA), Patient Care Assistant or Health/Hospice Aide * American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card * Prepare training program completed within one year of employment CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
