We're looking for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs/CNAs) to join our dedicated staff: FT 3p-11p - $2500 Sign-on Bonus!FT 11p-7a Per Diem - min 4 shifts/moEvery other weekend rotation/2 weekends per monthSNF and LTC settingsActive LNA requiredWe'll pay NH fees for CNA candidates (upon hire)Responsibilities:Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLsDependability and good communication are essential for this positionProvide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation programAssist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointmentsAnswer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents' safety and comfortObserve residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisorMaintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control PoliciesQualifications:Active NH LNA license We will pay any NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicantsRecent clinical experience, long-term care experience preferredAbility to build rapport with residentsPunctual, dependable work ethicCompassionate and caring demeanorAbility to work well in teams to provide a positive care environmentExcellent communication skills and command of the English languageAbility to follow written and oral instructionsMust be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.Benefits include competitive wages, medical/dental insurance, earned time, 401K, and a flexible spending account.
