* POSITION SUMMARY: * The Nursing Assistant performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary to address the personal need and comfort of patients in an environment that promotes dignity and healing. * QUALIFICATIONS: * EDUCATION: * Minimum: * High School graduate or equivalent education. * Preferred: * Post secondary education in health or human services. * LICENSE: * PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: * Minimum: * BLS certifications required through the RQI system during clinical orientation or one week from hire * CPI * WORK EXPERIENCE: * Minimum: * 1-2 years customer service and/or health related experience. * SKILLS: * Minimum: * Must demonstrate stronger interpersonal skills, Computer literacy and customer serivce/patient-centered focus. * Must possess a basic knowledge of healthcare and/or nursing assistant role. * An entry level support role requiring basic skills. Salary $17.20-$18.86
