No call required & will not work alone. General job duties and types of procedures required: Assisting residents with ADL's, documenting resident information in EMR. Equipment utilized in the unit/department: Computer, Vital Sign Machine, Hydro Tubs, Electric Beds, Mechanical Lifts. Bedsize - 44. They have a resident centered approach allowing residents to get up when they want to get up, go to bed when they want to go to bed. Choices at meal times. Homelike settings as much as possible. They staff 3 aides to each household on days, 2 1/2 on evenings and 2 on night shift. With a nurse on each household during the day and a nurse on Hamilton household at night with one aide and a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) on the other household with an aide.
