Large community hospital with strong presence looking to bring on Director ER! Bonus incentives and Sign on Bonus!

Will oversee all day to day protocol for a high volume ER with 20+ beds a Fast Track and an Observation Unit, 200+ FTE's. 6 direct reports, dotted line to the CMO and CNO.

• Licensed RN with BSN, Masters preferred.
• 3+ years in a Management role from an acute care Emergency Services department.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.
