OverviewMount Marty University is accepting applications for a full time, tenure track (if applicable) 9-month position in the department of Nursing. The Division of Nursing at Mount Marty University has a long-standing history of excellence in the development of BSN, MSN and DNAP prepared nurses regionally as well as nationally. Our nursing graduates are extremely desirable professionals in the job market as we prepare nurses and practitioners to step into a variety of nursing roles, care for diverse populations and use increasingly complex technology.QualificationsMinimal qualifications for the position include a master's degree in nursing. Preferred applicants will have a terminal degree in nursing or related field and prior education experience, demonstrated clinical practice in the care of patients with acute, chronic and complex health care needs. Recent experience in the care of patients across the lifespan is a plus. Primary teaching responsibilities include didactic teaching, clinical/simulation and laboratory instruction of baccalaureate students. Start date is fall, 2024.
