After completing one program, students can work as a nurse and earn income before taking the next step — or they can keep progressing through each program to the next level.Why join us?3k sign on bonus and great benefits!Job DetailsThe Lab Manager manages on-campus labs for practical nursing and associate degree of nursing programs.Responsibilities:Manages the nursing on-campus lab, including lab set up and clean up, along with assistance from faculty and studentsEnsures lab is equipped and manikins are in working orderProvides a safe lab environment, including developing safety processes and proceduresAssists faculty instructors with on-campus lab activities, including evaluating students during skills check-off, creating modules for use with the manikins or related activities, and providing lab instruction/activities for the clinical day in absence of the instructorResearches and evaluates vendors and supply costs, and recommends best pricingLabels, records, and manages the inventory of lab equipment and suppliesEducates students and faculty on the nursing laboratory, including manikins and related equipmentTroubleshoots daily problems, such as failure of software, hardware, and manikin dysfunctionSupervises practical and/or registered nurse students in on-campus labsTutors referred students in order to enhance their lab skillsRequirements:A Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) At least three years full-time in the practice of nursing as a Registered Nurse or part-time equivalent Active, unencumbered licensure in the State of OH as a Registered Nurse Current American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationInterested in hearing more?
