Read on!Pay Rate: Starting at $100,000, based on experienceSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMLocation: Our two newest facilities are located in Dunwoody, GeorgiaWhat we are looking for in a Nursing Home Administrator:NANA Healthcare Management LLC is seeking highly skilled, Certified or Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA) who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our new long-term care facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a safe, caring, and efficient environment for both residents and staff.Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Administrator:Oversee all operational aspects of the facility to ensure a high standard of care and safety for residentsEnsure compliance with federal and state regulationsManage and support staff, providing leadership and opportunities for professional developmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with residents' families to ensure open communication and resident satisfactionCreate and oversee performance improvement initiatives and ensure that quality care standards are metSupervise financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost controlCollaborate with healthcare providers and other departments to ensure a continuum of care for residentsResolve resident grievances and address barriers to effective careOversee compliance with healthcare standards such as JCAHOMinimum Qualifications for a Nursing Home Administrator:Active Certified (Licensed) Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certificationA minimum of 3 years' experience in long-term care administrationIn-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homesProven experience in managing facility operations and team leadershipExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to respond to emergencies and be accessible to the facility after hours, if neededWhy Join NANA Healthcare Management LLC?Competitive starting salary of $100,000PTO and paid holidaysComprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision benefitsLife insurance and short-term/long-term disability coverageOpportunities for professional growth and advancement within the companyA supportive, team-oriented work environmentIf you are a motivated, experienced leader passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful impact on residents' lives, we encourage you to apply!
