We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to our residents ensuring their comfort and well-being.Duties:- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders.- Monitor and record resident vital signs and medical information.- Following resident care plans in accordance with residents' needs.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes.- Maintain accurate resient records.Requirements:- Valid New York State LPN license.- Proficiency in primary care, critical care, and case management.- Experience in medication administration, suture, catheter care, and anatomy knowledge.- Strong understanding of physiology and the ability to apply it in patient care.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
