Rosemont Center is looking to hire an experienced Scheduler/Central Supply Clerk to help with Scheduling, Orientation, procurement, stocking, and Assisting the current HR director with various projects. The optimal candidate should have minimal experience as a scheduler specifically in the Nursing Home Field. Must have good at multi-tasking and be a team player.
Qualifications of Scheduler:
- Must have at least two (2) years of experience in health care.
- Must have one year of scheduling experience.
- High School equivalent education, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of corporate business management.
- Exhibit good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
- Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CENTRAL SUPPLY CLERK:
- Responsible for planning and directing the procurement of nursing supplies
- Purchase supplies from an approved vendor and formulary list
- Ensure that orders are confirmed and correct and handle shipping errors or returns of damaged merchandise.
- Ensure proper inventory levels
- Organize storage areas
- Practice safe working habits
- Perform secretarial duties for committees of the facility as directed
- Stock supplies
- Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Order specialized equipment or supplies
