We are looking for a Nursing Home Scheduler to work in our facility in Gloversville, NY.

Responsibilities

• Create work rotations and schedules using staffing software.

• Track open positions to support recruitment efforts.

• Answer phones and handle incoming calls professionally.

• Manage timekeeping software effectively.

• Ensure all shifts are fully staffed.

• Monitor attendance and punctuality of staff.

• Handle processing of mail and emails.

• Maintain and update databases.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license preferred.

• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Experience coordinating general office activities, including managing departmental mail and answering phones.

• Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.

• Availability to work on weekends.
