Regeis Care Center is actively seeking a Registered Nurses (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team of professionals! Duties and Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:- Provide leadership and guidance to the Nursing staff- Oversee patient care activities and ensure adherence to established standards of care- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans- Conduct regular performance evaluations of nursing staff and provide feedback for improvement- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow- Coordinate and facilitate staff training and development programs- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans and make recommendations for improvement- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in electronic health records- Reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility.*Requirements:*- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license- Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or similar leadership role- Knowledge of SigmaCare/MatrixCare a plus.- Strong knowledge of sterile processing, anatomy, patient care, discharge planning, ICD-10 coding, IV infusion, and workers compensation law- Excellent clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients effectively- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to lead and motivate a team of nurses- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesIf you are a dedicated Registered Nurse with management experience looking for an opportunity to make a difference in patient care, we encourage you to apply.
