All whileunderstanding that **together** we are even better.**Location:** AdventHealth Hinsdale - 120 N Oak St, Hinsdale, IL 60521**Schedule:** Full-Time Days**The role you'll contribute:**As a converging point person for people, process, and technology, the Managerof Nursing Informatics has a leadershiprole in transforming clinical care, maximizing the benefits of informationsystems within AdventHealth whilecoordinating nursing informatics activities for assigned facilities.Attributes must include:•An expert in computer science, information technology, clinical decisionsupport, and nursing clinical workflow andprocesses.•Acts as a key contributor working in collaboration with professionals onenterprise-wide clinical informatics projects.Collaborates to enhance clinical systems in support of excellence in patientcare, clinical transformation and establishmentof best practices.•Functions as the leader of a team of Informaticists relative to assignedregion.•Passionate about informatics transformation in a changing environment.•Negotiates resolution of conflicting requirements across the agencies andordepartments.•Sets and measures performance objectives and provides regular one-on-onefeedback to all members of the team.•Has excellent skills in customer service and communication while supportingoperational leadership, nurses, and otherhospital staff.•Actively participates in outstanding customer service and acceptsresponsibility in maintaining relationships that areequally respectful to all.•Manages delivery and Service Level Agreements by guiding incident resolution,problem management, andenhancement requests. Motivates team to deliver a consistently excellentservice experienceQualifications**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:•Bachelor of Science in Nursing either upon hirepromotion or within 36 monthsof hirepromotion•Minimum of five years nursing clinical background•Minimum of three years experience in clinical informatics, healthcareinformatics, nursing informatics orequivalent roleEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:•Master of Science in Nursing or Healthcare Informatics•Project Management Experience•Management experienceLICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:•Current valid license as a registered professional nurse in state of primarywork locale or obtain within 3months of hire•Current valid drivers license in state of primary work locale or obtainwithin 3 months of hire•Completion of one professional certification relevant to field (ex.
