Job Description:

Broadway Respite & Home Care is seeking a Supervisory RN to support our DON and help oversee our HHA's in multiple territories in NJ that provides support to residents in the community with our home care services.

We are providing Home care services for the residents in the community that require support with ADL's (assisted daily living). Our certified Home health aides are qualified assist in enhancing the lives of the individual. At Broadway Respite & Home Care, we are committed to providing the most thorough home healthcare to our patients.

The Supervisory RN must be licensed and working currently as an RN with a minimum of 1 year Home care experience and 1 year of supervising and/or administration experience to supervise our staff of Home Health Aides.

*This is a Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Qualifications:

  • Current and Valid RN license in NJ
  • Minimum of 2 years of Nurse experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Supervising experience
  • Minimum of 1year Home care experience
  • Valid NJ driver's license and vehicle
  • Willing to travel to our office locations and/or areas of service occasionally to train and/or evaluate current HHA staff

Responsibilities:

  • Make routine supervisory decisions for staff and client compliance
  • Ensure patient care is delivered within agency's policy, and standards of community health practice
  • Supervise admissions process and case management responsibilities are performed in accordance with policies and standards of practice, utilizing thorough and timely electronic documentation.
  • Provide Skilled nursing care in the form of supervision, teaching, and documentation with HHA's
  • Advising process and documentation updates, for any changes to client's condition
  • Supporting DON as needed with additional tasks in office and in the community

Location: Hybrid (Fair Lawn, NJ and additional locations in NJ)
