Position: RN Supervisor
Salary: $54-$56 per hour
Shift: 11pm-7am

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Leadership: Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the daily operations of the Nursing Department.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Supervise Staff: Oversee nursing personnel to maintain high standards of care.
- Participate in Inspections: Assist in facility surveys and inspections as requested by the DON and ADON.
- Daily Rounds: Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing staff are performing their duties to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- RN License: Valid RN license for the state of New York.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing home.
