As a Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Team in the day-to-day operations of the department, monitoring productivity, and communicating necessary adjustments in departmental processes. You will be expected to be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities. Additionally, you will need toprovide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met. You will perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager and work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.
Role Responsibilities:Must be 18 years or older
High school degree or GED required?
Professional written and verbal communication?
Problem-solving and reporting skills?
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite ?
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift?
Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods?
Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds?
Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements?
