Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a NY / NJ Attorney at The Law Office of Barry E. Janay, P.C. in Livingston, NJ. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and specializing in Law and Labor and Employment Law. The role will involve handling various legal matters in areas such as Real Estate, Business, Commercial/Collections, Bankruptcy, Debtor Protection, and Aviation Law.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in New York and New Jersey
